Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all plumbing, gas and drainage services provided by Indus Plumb across Sydney.
1. Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Additional costs may apply if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the work.
2. Payment
Payment is due on completion of work unless a prior arrangement has been made in writing. Indus Plumb accepts cash, bank transfer and card payments. Overdue accounts may attract interest and recovery costs.
3. Warranty
All workmanship is warranted for 12 months from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to all supplied materials and fixtures. Warranty is void if work is altered or interfered with by a third party.
4. Liability
Indus Plumb carries public liability insurance. Liability is limited to the value of the work performed. Indus Plumb is not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by third parties, or consequential losses.
5. Access
The client is responsible for ensuring safe and adequate access to the work area. Any delays caused by restricted access may result in additional charges.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a call-out fee.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
