Terms — Inclusions & Exclusions
This page outlines what is and is not included in standard Indus Plumb quotations and service agreements.
What Is Included
- All licensed plumbing, gas and drainage labour as described in the scope of work
- Standard materials and fittings required to complete the quoted work
- Site clean-up on completion of each visit
- 12-month workmanship warranty on all completed work
- Certificate of Compliance (CoC) for all notifiable plumbing and drainage work
- Certificate of Compliance for all gas work where required by NSW Fair Trading
What Is Not Included
- Patching, painting or making good of walls, tiles, floors or ceilings disturbed during plumbing work — unless specifically quoted
- Electrical work, including connection of hot water systems or appliances requiring an electrician
- Asbestos identification, removal or disposal
- Structural work, excavation beyond standard hand-dig depth, or concrete cutting — unless specifically quoted
- Council or authority fees, permit fees or inspection fees — unless specifically quoted
- Work arising from pre-existing defects not identified at the time of quoting
- Customer-supplied materials that are faulty, non-compliant or incompatible
